SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time Shipping is only available in Canada.

Shipping Rates:
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be specified at check out based on your shipping address. There will be free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada. Exact shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout.

Processing Times:
All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days, Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking:
Orders can be tracked by visiting www.canadapost.ca and entering your tracking number, which will be provided in you confirmation email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy:
Refunds or Exchanges on regular price merchandise are strictly permitted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Merchandise cannot be worn, damaged, altered or washed and must have original tags. Merchandise will be inspected, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Refer below to the instructions on how to start the return or exchange process.

Accessories, Sunglasses, Scarves, Purses, Bathing Suits, Bodysuits, Sleepwear, Promotional & Sale Merchandise are all FINAL SALE.

In Store Return or Exchange:
Regular priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt at our boutique in person and must be accompanied with your invoice.

Online Return or Exchange:
Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number.

-Email us at blushandlacefashion@gmail.com with the following information;

• Your contact information: including Name, Phone & Email.

• Order number

• List of items being returned or exchanged

• Indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for.

• Place your items being returned in a secure package

• Include a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization number

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, shipping must be insured and you must provide us with tracking info (We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit). Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owners expense. If the item is not accepted back by the post office, items will be held at the store until they are picked up or payment for reshipment is received.
